Thank you for shopping with HeySewCute.

We hope you love your order, but if there is a problem, please read the policy below before requesting a return or refund.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and in original condition

  • returned with original packaging where possible

  • free from damage, stains, smells, or signs of use

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.


Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind:

  • custom-made or personalised items

  • final sale items

  • items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery


Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.


Change of mind

We do not offer refunds for simple change of mind on items that are marked as final sale, custom-made, or personalised.

For other eligible items, change-of-mind returns may be accepted if the item is returned in original unused condition within the return period.


Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
