🌏 Shipping Regions
We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia only.
We do not currently ship to other countries at this time.
All parcels are sent from Whangārei, New Zealand and include tracking.

Please note that delivery to rural addresses (RD) may take longer than standard delivery times.

⏱️ Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
During new drops, busy periods, public holidays, or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Times
New Zealand: approx. 2–5 business days after dispatch
Australia: approx. 1–2 weeks after dispatch, and sometimes longer depending on location and courier delays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, rural delivery, weather disruptions, or courier delays.

Local pickup may be available by arrangement from Whangārei.
